Theft From Storage Facility Under Investigation
Law enforcement officials opened an official investigation Tuesday after an individual discovered numerous items had been stolen from the storage unit she rented.
The victim reported to Lawrenceburg Police Officers that the locks had been destroyed on the unit. The culprit then proceeded to steal in excess of two hundred and fifty household and clothing items from inside. Also taken were various pottery items.
Loss as a result of the crime is estimated at $5,516.
